What You’ll Do
As an Journeyman Mechanic, you’ll work to ensure our trucks and trailers are safe, reliable, and road ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining equipment to the highest standards to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Inspecting and testing engines, transmissions, axles, brake systems, and other components to diagnose faults
- Repairing and replacing parts on commercial transport truck systems including:
- Chassis, frame, cab, body
- Engine and drivetrain
- Air brakes, steering, fuel, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
- Servicing truck-trailer and trailer systems including structural, brake, and electrical systems
- Following all quality, health, safety, and environmental policies
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with mobile tank cleaning division
- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledgeable of relevant legislation and safety standards
- In possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
