We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fast Food Worker to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cashiering functions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Serve customers at the counter with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in accordance with industry regulations
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus
- Upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales
