Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software, including applying routine updates and patches.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in platforms like Active Directory.
- Support IT Documentation and reporting.
- Basic understanding of system administration, networking concepts and operating systems.
- Configure Outlook and Office 365 accounts
- Observe and help with file-server backups
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Infor ERP Tech Support
- SQL Database basic scripting
- Windows Server OS knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS.
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical support to non-technical staff.
- Good to have SQL basic scripting knowledge
- Good to have virtualization experience like VMware, vSphere. Veeam Backup.
