We are seeking motivated and skilled Carpenters, Drywall Installers/Finishers, and General Labourers to join our growing construction team in Canada. Job Responsibilities
Carpenter Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install construction materials
- Build and install framing, formwork, doors, windows, trim, and finishes
- Perform renovations, repairs, and alterations as required
- Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and timelines
Drywall Installer / Finisher Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall on walls and ceilings
- Secure drywall using appropriate fasteners and systems
- Install metal studs, furring channels, corner beads, and access panels
- Tape, apply compound, sand, and finish drywall surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for painting and final finishes
General Labourer Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and labour duties as assigned
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist carpenters, drywall installers, and other trades
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Remove debris and waste materials in accordance with site procedures
Health & Safety (All Roles)
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Comply with applicable occupational health and safety legislation
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately
Qualifications & Requirements
Carpenters
- 3–5+ years of relevant carpentry experience
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Experience with residential and/or commercial construction
Drywall Installers / Finishers
- 2–4+ years of drywall installation and/or finishing experience
- Ability to work overhead and handle drywall materials
General Labourers
- No prior Canadian experience required (training provided)
- Willingness to learn and assist skilled trades
All Positions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime as project schedules require
- Eligibility to obtain Canadian work authorization (visa/work permit support may be available)
Working Conditions
- Active construction sites (indoor and outdoor)
- Exposure to noise, dust, heights, and construction equipment
- Physically demanding work including standing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
