Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transaction processing
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills necessary for maintaining displays and managing stock levels
- Previous experience in technology sales or merchandising is a plus but not required
