We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding one-on-one service.
- Assist clients in selecting clothing that fits their style, needs, and body type.
- Develop long-term relationships with repeat customers through professional, personalized service.
- Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Receive, organize, and replenish merchandise.Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience (men's apparel experience is an asset).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and helping customers find the right fit.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
