Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Follow recipes and specifications to maintain consistency in dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet service demands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in food preparation or a similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
