Foreman Electrician – High-End Commercial ICI Projects
Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 + Performance-Based Project Bonuses

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Foreman Electrician to take full ownership of high-end commercial ICI projects across the Lower Mainland. This is a leadership role for someone who is confident running jobs from start to finish, managing crews, and ensuring high-quality electrical execution in premium commercial environments.
This is not a “just install” position — it’s for someone who can lead on site, solve problems in real time, and keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for leading electrical projects including new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations. This includes managing crews and subcontractors on site, overseeing scheduling, materials, and project progress, and ensuring all work is completed to code and to a high standard.
You’ll also be tracking labour and materials through project management systems, coordinating change orders and inspections, and communicating with both internal teams and clients as required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with at least 2+ years of experience running electrical projects as a Foreman, with strong commercial electrical code knowledge and hands-on experience with conduit, BX, distribution, lighting controls, and low voltage rough-ins. Experience with fire alarm and suppression systems is also required.
The right candidate is a natural leader who can train and motivate crews, maintain site standards, and take accountability for project outcomes. You should also be comfortable using project management software to track progress, labour, materials, and changes.
