The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Sewing Machine Operator with strong experience in heavy-duty fabric sewing, marine-grade materials, canvas, or technical textiles.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled sewer who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands production efficiency, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (+2years).
- Experience with heavy-duty fabrics, marine materials, canvas, vinyl, or technical textiles.
- Strong understanding of industrial sewing techniques, seam construction, and tension control.
- Experience maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in marine, awning, sailmaking, upholstery, tarp, or industrial textile manufacturing is considered a strong asset.

Qualifications
- Ability to read drawings, patterns, and production specifications.

Schedule
- Monday to Thursday/Friday. Permanent.
- 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00–7:30 a.m.
Job Duties
- Operate industrial sewing machines for heavy-duty materials.
- Thread machines, change needles, adjust tension, and maintain equipment.
- Perform precise sewing functions following production drawings and supervisor instructions.
- Meet company quality and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Use and understand basic measurements and fabrication layouts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
