We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in commercial, industrial, and residential painting environments. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, produce high-quality finishes, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding, scraping, caulking, and removing old paint when required
- Apply paint, coatings, primers, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect and cover floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces before painting
- Work with various paints, stains, coatings, and finishes depending on the project requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Clean, maintain, and properly store tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job site
Skills & Requirements
- Must have previous professional painting experience
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential painting is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and proper application methods
- Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray painting techniques
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Knowledge of painting safety practices and job site cleanliness
