What You'll Do:
-
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, commercial trucks, and light-duty vehicles.

Perform preventive maintenance following manufacturer specifications.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
-
Ensure workplace safety standards are consistently met.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:

310T Red Seal Certification (preferred) or equivalent mechanical training.

1-2 years hands-on experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance.

Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.

Reliable transportation to our shop location.

Valid driver's license with clean record.
Bonus Points For:

Construction or heavy equipment experience.

Hydraulic system knowledge.

Computer diagnostic experience.
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Location: Waterloo Region (rural shop location).

Overtime opportunities available.

Some travel to job sites may be required.
