Skills Required:
- Minimum experience in business analysis or related field.
- Experience in running UATs with business groups and ability to triage and articulate defects.
- Previous industry experience in Retail Core banking, Retail Investment preferred
- Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in both Waterfall Agile project environment.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and Visio (or other diagramming tool).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
Desired Skill Sets:
- Ability to interface with stakeholders and understand requirements to manage the requirements definition process from elicitation through delivery (via BRDs andor user stories, etc.) and implementation (defining and evaluating acceptance criteria).
- Ability to evaluate, test, and recommend enhancements and changes, identify risks, and propose mitigation plan while having the ability to drive the solution design process develop and execute test cases where applicable own defects analysis and validation of defects remediation.
- Experience with elicitation techniques (e.g. document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys.
- Advanced experience with elicitation techniques (e.g. document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, surveys).
- Experience with various project delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative and or Agile) or on a large-scale project.
- Ability to speak with Developers about features, issues and potential solutions with a high degree of technical sophistication.
- Ability to speak with the vendor Research Development teams in addition to project teams with a high degree of business and product knowledge.
- Able to analyze large data se ts, identify underlying data patterns, document findings and problem solve.
- Effectively communicate - verbal and written.
- Ability to lead projects and/or junior analysts as per project requirements.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
