Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Hand to oversee multiple properties in the beautiful Schomberg area. This isn’t just a desk job – we need someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle tasks head on, from minor repairs to property inspections etc. If you’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for maintaining high standards, we want to hear from you. Experience is essential, along with a can-do attitude.!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of a portfolio of properties in Schomberg.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation standards are met.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs, maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, and seasonal property preparation.
- Manage inventory of furnishings, supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Communicate operational updates and property performance information to owners.
- Obtain quotes and oversee maintenance and improvement projects.
- Overseeing other staff on the properties
- Ensure vendors perform work safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and manage service agreements.
- Coordinate emergency response and after-hours support when required.
- Painting, drywall repairs, misc light repairs, taking out garbage, washing garage floors etc.
- Other duties that may be required
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services.
- Prior experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
