The Opportunity
CW Therapy is seeking compassionate and collaborative Master’s level clinicians (Registered Social Workers or Registered Psychotherapists) who are interested in building and growing a private practice within a supportive team environment.
We are particularly looking for clinicians who enjoy working with children, teens, and individuals, and who value creating strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families. The ideal candidate is warm, personable, organized, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based care.
As part of our team, you will provide therapeutic support to clients experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, family dynamics, school-related concerns, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related counselling field
- Current registration and good standing with the OCSWSSW or CRPO. Please note that applicants must hold full registration status; qualifying members are not eligible for this position.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or individuals
- Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Experience supporting clients with anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, behavioural concerns, life transitions, and related mental health concerns
- Trauma-informed training and experience considered an asset
- Experience or interest in private practice considered an asset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills in accordance with regulatory standards
- Professional liability insurance
- Availability to provide a minimum of 15–20 client hours per week, including at least 3 in-person shifts

Pay: $102.00 per hour
