As hail repair demand continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team on a contract basis.
Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with experience repairing hail damage and other minor dents without the need for conventional bodywork or repainting. The successful candidate will work independently while maintaining the high-quality standards expected by Town Autobody.
Responsibilities
- Perform paintless dent repair on vehicles damaged by hail and minor impacts.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Restore vehicle panels while preserving original factory paint.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding repair progress and timelines.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician.
- Strong knowledge of hail damage repair techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Own PDR tools and equipment preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation
This is a contract-based position. Compensation will be percentage-based, with the exact percentage and payment structure to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process based on experience and qualifications.
