Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned homes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Possess a valid G drivers license
- Able to obtain a police record check
