We are looking for our first Content Creator & Marketing Lead — someone who can survey the landscape, generate attention, and fill our pipeline with mission-aligned people who are ready to build something real.

THE ROLE
This is a remote, performance-based position for a self-directed content creator and marketer who understands that great content is a mission — not a task.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing 7-14 pieces of content per week across social platforms (short-form video, written posts, graphics, email)
- Managing and growing The Genesis Brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Building and executing lead generation campaigns tied to our offer suite ($70–$7,000 programs)
- Writing email sequences, campaign copy, and landing page content
- Tracking performance analytics and optimizing based on real results — not vanity metrics
- Collaborating with the sales team to align messaging with conversion outcomes

Your compensation has three layers:
LAYER 1 — THE GENESIS SYSTEM (Value: $7,000+)
The complete Genesis Enterprise Development System — the same framework our clients pay $7,000 to access — is yours on Day 1. Not borrowed. Not lent. Yours. Use it to build your own business, your own brand, your own future while you grow ours.
LAYER 2 — FULL BUSINESS PLATFORM ACCESS (Ongoing Value)
A complete business operating system — CRM, funnels, automations, email marketing, course builder, calendar, community tools, and more — yours to use to build and run your OWN business at zero monthly cost. We give you the infrastructure to build your empire alongside ours.
LAYER 3 — PERFORMANCE REVENUE SHARE
You earn a percentage of every sale that your marketing work directly generates. Our offer suite ranges from $70 to $7,000. The better your work, the more you earn. No ceiling.
