Job Overview
The Sports Medicine team in the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our research-driven and patient-focused team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the hip research pillar within a high-impact sports medicine research program.
The successful candidate will take a leadership role in advancing hip-related clinical and translational research, including hip preservation, hip arthroscopy, and sports-related hip injuries. While collaborating with other subspecialty areas (e.g., shoulder), this position is primarily focused on developing, coordinating, and expanding hip-focused research initiatives. In the absence of direct hip research experience, we also welcome applications from candidates with strong clinical research backgrounds (e.g., orthopaedics, sports medicine, or related fields) who demonstrate the ability to apply and translate their expertise to hip-focused research.
This is an ideal role for an experienced candidate interested in contributing to meaningful advancements in hip care and outcomes in sports medicine.

- Oversee all ongoing clinical and funded research studies to ensure adherence to project timelines, study milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor study progress, identify potential delays or barriers, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum and compliance.
- Oversee data quality by managing data entry, developing data audits, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and submit ethics applications, renewals, and amendments as required.
