Drive performance through structured forecasting, pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
Sales Leadership & Transformation

Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors, strengthening ownership, accountability and performance culture.

Implement robust performance tracking, structured one-to-ones and clear sales governance.

Bring credibility through prior hunting experience, with the ability to challenge and elevate the team.

Personally support strategic deals and key client relationships when needed.
Marketing & Go-to-Market Alignment

Drive Marketing strategy to strengthen market positioning, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility.
