Responsibilities
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
- Experience with TPO, EPDM and MOD-BIT roofing applications
