We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented administrative person to provide part-time support for our office. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, keeping records accurate and up to date, and helping ensure billing and file management are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
· Keep electronic files organized, accurate, and up to date
· Assist with billing, invoicing, and related administrative records
· Maintain documents and records using cloud-based storage systems
· Prepare, update, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and email correspondence
· Support general administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive
· Experience using Google Drive and Adobe software
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Experience with billing or bookkeeping administration is an asset
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per month. Hours may be flexible depending on workload and availability.
