Proactive Sales & Service Representative | Contact Center | Tabangi Motors (Mississauga)
Tabangi Auto Group is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing independent dealerships, proudly serving the GTA for over 25 years. We’re looking for a Full-Time BDC Representative to join our energetic Mississauga team.
You’ll connect with customers by phone, email, and text—booking sales appointments and service visits, updating the CRM or DMS, and keeping communication sharp and professional.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and online leads
- Book test drives and service appointments
- Follow up on missed or new leads
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates
- Create a great first impression for every customer
What You Bring
- Car dealership experience (required)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls daily
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- Positive, energetic, goal-driven attitude
- Available full-time, including weekends
- Car dealership experience is a great asset .
