Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled lead handyman/carpenter to join our team full-time. You'll work on diverse residential renovation projects including carpentry, repairs, remodels, and general handyman services.
Responsibilities
- Lead renovation projects from start to finish
- Carpentry work (framing, trim, cabinets, decks, etc.)
- General repairs and maintenance (drywall, painting, flooring)
- Plumbing and electrical repairs (basic to intermediate)
- Interact professionally with clients
- Maintain quality workmanship and job site cleanliness
- Problem-solve and work independently
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in carpentry/renovation work
- Multi-skilled across various trades
- Own reliable transportation and basic tool set
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid driver's license
