As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice of Best Care. You'll help customers with garment care questions, process orders accurately, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every customer leaves feeling well taken care of. What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers with a genuine smile and provide outstanding service at every visit.
- Receive garments and household items while carefully inspecting them for stains, damage, missing buttons, or special care requirements.
- Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs and garment care preferences.
- Enter orders accurately using our garment tracking software.
- Explain our services, pricing, turnaround times, and garment care recommendations with confidence.
- Process customer payments and balance cash and electronic transactions.
- Notify customers when orders are ready and assist with pickups.
- Help customers resolve concerns professionally, ensuring every experience ends on a positive note.
- Recommend additional services when appropriate, such as alterations, wedding gown preservation, wash & fold laundry, comforter cleaning, or our free pickup and delivery service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and retail area.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure garments move smoothly from check-in to pickup.
- Become knowledgeable about fabrics, stain removal, garment construction, and professional cleaning methods through our in-house training program.
