What You'll Do
Role: Inside Sales Representative
Type: Full-Time
Location: Ottawa, ON (Office-based; not a remote role)
Trial Period: 60 days to prove your mettle
Base Salary: CAD $3,000/month (Trial period), CAD $45,000/year (Post-Trial)
Responsibilities
- Master the art of cold-calling to set a minimum of 12 high-quality appointments per week with decision-makers and owners.
- Leverage our CRM like a pro to keep a pulse on your robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Team up with our outside sales representatives to close deals and crush targets.

Compensation & Perks
- Salary: CAD $3,000/month (Trial) and CAD $45,000/year (Post-Trial)
- Commission: 5% Payout on all sales closed with your appointments. Max Payout
- Max Pay-Out: $2000/Account Closed
- Sign-On Bonus: CAD $500 (Payable after the trial period).
- Retention Bonus: CAD $1,000 (Payable after 6 months).
- Vacation: 4% Accrued Vacation Pay
