Position: Industrial Mechanic (Millwright 433A)
Rate: $41-$43 per hour + shift premiums
Location: Niagara Region
Duration: Fulltime, Permanent
Shift Schedule (24/7 Rotation):
· 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM).
· Four-week cycle rotating between days and nights.
· Work blocks consist of 3–4 consecutive shifts followed by 2–8 days off.
· Overtime paid after 40 hours/week, with approximately 16 hours of OT per month. Night premium: $0.75/hr; Afternoon premium: $0.55/hr.
Overview:
· Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Licence with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
· Strong knowledge of automated production equipment, PLCs, SCADA systems, and manufacturing processes.
· Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial troubleshooting and repair.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PLC programming
· Flexible to work various shifts.
Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
· Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and equipment inspections.
· Maintain safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: $41.00-$43.00 per hour

- Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
