Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Marketing Associate who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the lead generation process from start to finish.

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our internal marketing team. This role will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies while handling various administrative tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Marketing Manager
- Managing social media components of Impact Condo Investments and facilitate the following platforms including but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, and YouTube
- Present marketing initiatives, project metrics, and provide insight on marketing statistics
- Extensive knowledge for website development and social media development strategies
- Produce email campaigns and social media content on a timely and efficient basis
- Be competent with Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Zoom, and Canva.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal team, that are consistent with company guidelines and operating plans
- Update and maintain marketing materials, ensuring all content is current and accurately reflects our brand.
- Watermark documents and ensure consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain an organized filing system for marketing documents and assets.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
REQUIRED:
- Post-secondary degree in either marketing, design or business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
