What You Bring
- Certified in Hairstyling through a recognized training facility
- Journeyperson and Red Seal certification
- At least 3 years of hands‑on industry experience
- A natural problem‑solver and team player
- Self‑motivated, creative, and excited to mentor new talent
- Willing to complete all MC College and provincial training requirements
- Strong communication skills—because you're a star with people!
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Instructor, you’ll be guiding students through every step of their hairstyling journey:
- Inspiring students with MC College’s mission:
- “Empowering Future Professionals for the Beauty and Fashion industry with skills to change their lives and enjoy rewarding careers.”
- Teaching both theory and hands-on practical skills· Instruct using a well‑researched and structured curriculum
- Coaching students on salon simulation, client care, sales, self‑marketing, and how to build a loyal clientele
- Being the mentor you had or wish you had!
