Infinity Project Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Demolition Supervisor to lead residential and light commercial demolition projects specializing in high-end custom homes and luxury renovations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship.
Our projects involve detailed interior and exterior demolition in occupied and high-value properties, where organization, clear communication, and respect for client homes are essential. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver clean, efficient demolition work while maintaining exceptional site standards and client confidence.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, overtime available
- Full-time, year-round work
Responsibilities
- Supervise interior and exterior demolition projects
- Lead and coordinate demolition crews on site
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Read and interpret drawings and scope of work
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Coordinate waste removal and material handling
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety standards
- Communicate with project managers, trades, homeowners, and subcontractors professionally
- Train and mentor crew members
- Identify and solve site issues proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of construction/demolition experience
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience required
- Experience working in occupied or high-end residential environments is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of safe demolition practices and procedures
- Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Ability to operate tools and equipment confidently
- Well-rounded knowledge of residential construction systems, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
