Server Assistant/Host

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within hospitality - with open availability over the weekend.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
* Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists while maintaining dining room flow
* Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries professionally
* Support servers by refilling water and beverages and delivering food to tables
* Clear, reset, and maintain tables throughout service
* Assist in keeping the dining room and service stations clean and organized
* Monitor guest experience and communicate concerns to management when needed
* Work closely with Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure smooth service
* Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during busy shifts

Requirements
* Previous restaurant experience
* Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
* Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
* Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
* Open weekend availability
Job Type: Part-time
