Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation of windows and doors
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove old fixtures and install new units securely
- Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and durability
- Read and understand schematics, construction drawings, and restoration plans
- Perform carpentry tasks related to framing, trimming, and finishing around installed units
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fit, alignment, and operation of windows and doors
- Assist with related construction tasks such as painting, plumbing, or flooring installation as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools, caulking, carpentry
- Knowledge of schematics, construction restoration
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
- Prior experience in construction or renovation projects preferred but not mandatory
- Valid <PERSON> license or relevant certification is desirable but not required
- Monday to Friday * availability 7am - 5pm
- No Contractors / no Sub contractors - we are looking for Company employees
- Personal Vehicle or Tools / Equipment is required

Pay: $250.00-$330.00 per day
