Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee painting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate crews, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee painting projects
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and management
- Resolve any issues that arise during projects
- Supervise and motivate crew members
Qualifications:
- Combination of education and experience in project management within the painting or construction industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
