As our Lead Carpenter, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing production and ensuring a harmonious workplace for all team members.

Your Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Assign tasks, inspect completed work, and produce high-quality results.
Supervise and Mentor: Guide and support your team, fostering skill development and teamwork. Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Project Management: Assist Project Manager in maintaining project schedules, manage materials, and assist in overseeing subcontractors.
Job Site Management: Open and secure the job site daily, protect client property, and uphold company safety policies. What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Proficiency in framing, trim, window and door installation, siding, interior finishes, cabinetry, and flooring.
Leadership: Ability to delegate tasks, solve problems, and inspire your team.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Knowledge: Familiarity with construction codes, inspection processes, and job site safety.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with a 1/2 hour lunch. Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Typical Work Week: 40-44 hours with no holidays or weekends.
