BABA is a neighbourhood café that evolves throughout the day—from a relaxed morning coffee spot into a lively evening snack bar. We’re creating a casual, welcoming space where guests feel like regulars and where great coffee, thoughtful drinks, and simple delicious food bring the community together.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven people to join our Front of House team in the following roles:
- Bartenders
- Baristas
- Servers
What you will be doing
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare coffee and espresso beverages (Barista positions)
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks (Bartender positions)
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, and dining areas
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Help create the kind of experience that keeps neighbours coming back
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and a team-first mindset
- Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right people
- Smart Serve certification (required for Bartender and Server positions in Ontario
