We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting production processes. Job Summary
Production Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating both manual and highly automated production equipment. This person must have the ability and flexibility to perform all operations, including but not limited to liquid material handling, mechanical, electrical, and process automation troubleshooting, and process control testing.
Responsibilities
- Work safely, following all plant rules, reporting all near misses and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Monitor equipment condition and communicate any deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Operation and cleaning of machinery.
- Filling, running, and cleaning the production reactors.
- Maintain the wastewater equipment, process, and logs.
- Re-feeding of finished goods.
- Assist with unloading trucks.
- Taking samples of product throughout the whole process, and maintaining sample identification.
- Completes any and all other duties, as required or assigned.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· Manufacturing experience is an asset
· Computer literate
· Team player
Ability to work rotating shifts if required.
Pay: $21.00-$21.85 per hour
