About the Position:
Metro Mechanical Inc. is currently looking to hire a dependable and organized Shop Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining daily shop operations, organizing materials, managing inventory, and supporting our plumbing crews by preparing and delivering materials to job sites.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while taking direction from Supervisors. Plumbing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving
- Checking and organizing incoming orders
- Inventory tracking and stock organization
- Packing materials and orders for job sites
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Delivering materials to job sites
- General shop maintenance and organization
Requirements
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Plumbing experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
Travel throughout Northeast Saskatchewan may be required for deliveries to job sites.
