We are a very busy and growing legal practice focused on delivering high-quality service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Accident Benefits to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Manage and handle Accident Benefits files from intake through resolution
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical professionals
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate file management
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather information
- Support the legal team as needed to ensure efficient file progression
- Approximately 3+ years of Accident Benefits experience
- Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
