**Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Excellence:** Provide top-tier service by assisting customers with shipping options, packaging, and mailbox services.
* **Financial Transactions:** Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling, returns, and daily balancing.
* **Print & Production:** Operate digital printing equipment and finishing tools (cutting, binding, laminating).
* **Signage & Wide Format:** Assist in the production and finishing of signs and large-format materials.
* **Problem Solving:** Navigate shipping software and customs requirements to ensure international and domestic parcels reach their destinations.
Responsibility Includes above but not limited to.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** in a cashier role and **3 years** in a customer service environment.
* **Communication:** Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in **Hindi or Punjabi** is considered an asset.
* **Technical Skills:** Prior experience in **commercial printing** or **signage printing and finishing** is a significant asset. If not we can train as well.
* **Availability:** Must be available for full-time hours. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may be scheduled anytime between the operating window of **8:00 AM and 8:00 PM**.
