Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Toronto, Canada
Reports to: Store Manager
Summary:
Sto Canada. (Sto), a global innovation leader of building enclosure systems and high-performance facade coatings, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor, to manage the operation of the warehouse, receiving, stocking, processing and distributing materials.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
· Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
· Provide leadership, direction, and training to warehouse personnel while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
· Monitor employee performance and ensure orders are accurately picked, staged, and loaded for customer delivery.
· Conduct regular reviews of warehouse processes and workflows to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments, verifying product accuracy and condition.
· Ensure inventory is properly stored, organized, and maintained to support operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
· Complete daily forklift and warehouse equipment inspections and ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working order.
· Conduct comprehensive monthly warehouse inspections, including:
- Safety and housekeeping audits.
- Racking and storage system inspections.
- Overage, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory reviews.
- Identification and reporting of damaged materials and inventory discrepancies.
· Investigate and resolve inventory variances, product damage, and warehouse-related issues.
· Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.
· Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records through SAP and other company systems.
· Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse safety initiatives and corrective actions.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment that is safe for employees, customers, and visitors.
· Support customer service initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:
· This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items.
· Warehouse temperatures can range from cool to hot
· Noise level can be moderate to high.
· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Two or more years of experience as a Warehouse Lead and/or Supervisor.
Knowledge & Skills:
· General knowledge of warehouse/storeroom and inventory practices.
· Must possess ability to count and inspect materials accurately and thoroughly.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to operate forklift and common warehouse equipment.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
· Ability to communicate and follow oral and written instructions in English.
· Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
· Self-starting with keen attention to detail.
· SAP and Microsoft 365 skills an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
