You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment expertise
- Source high-calibre candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within applicant tracking systems
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and pipeline activity
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding hiring progress and workforce challenges
- Stay current with market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and employment legislation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 8 years of experience as a professional Talent Acquisition Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist

Proven success recruiting for difficult-to-fill positions and limited talent pools

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and Canadian employment legislation

Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing abilities

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience with Workday and/or SAP is considered an asset

Experience with workforce planning and talent market analysis

Strong data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring decisions

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization
