Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including styling stations and tools
- Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing transactions
- Educate clients on hair care routines and available retail products
- Ensure the salon or retail space remains organized, inviting, and compliant with health standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a salon environment is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
