We are looking for an experienced SCAFFOLDER to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in safely and efficiently building and removing scaffolding on construction sites.
Job site location: Vancouver/Coquitlam/Surrey/Langley area
Responsibilities:
- Build, take down, and adjust scaffolding safely according to project needs.
- Make sure scaffolding is according to plan, stable and can safely support workers and equipment.
- Work with team members to plan and schedule scaffold setups and takedowns.
- Maintain and repair scaffolding to keep it safe and functional.
- Follow safety rules, including fall protection.
- Keep work areas clean and organized for a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the installation and dismantling of scaffold or eagerness to learn and willingness to do this physically demanding role
- Familiar with different types of scaffolding systems
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Physically able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
