Meet Store is looking for a sales/meat cutter to support day-to-day operations.
Job requirements:
Cutting large wholesale/primal cuts into retail-ready steaks, roasts, chops, and fillets with minimal waste.
Weighing, wrapping, labeling, and pricing meat for sale, as well as grinding meat for sausages or minced meat.
Inspecting shipments for freshness, tracking expiry dates, and rotating stock according to food safety standards.
Fulfilling custom orders, advising customers on cooking methods, and suggesting complementary products.
Operating and maintaining tools such as band saws, meat grinders, tenderizers, and knives, as well as thoroughly sanitizing workspaces.
