We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties, proofreading, personal assistance, project coordination, customer support, transcribing, and working in a physiotherapy office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide personal assistance to executives as needed
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
