Cashiers are responsible for ensuring that every customer is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This includes greeting customers as they enter the store, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service and advice.
· Aid customers in locating merchandise in store and online, as well as processing special orders.
· Process purchases, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with policy.
· Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards. Cleaning, dusting, mopping, etc.
· Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
· Aware of and able to respond to safety issues.
Requirements:
· An attention to detail.
· A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn, grow, and continually develop skills.
· A commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Able to lift 22kg (50lbs) frequently to load and unload customer orders.
