The Role:
The Clinical Pharmacist is an integral member of the health care team at North Shore Health Network, working collaboratively to deliver safe, compassionate, and high‑quality pharmaceutical care to patients and their families. This role encompasses the identification, prevention, and resolution of actual or potential drug‑related problems to promote optimal patient outcomes and safety. Through accountability, clinical excellence, and respectful collaboration, the pharmacist serves as a trusted medication and drug information resource, supporting informed decision‑making across the organization.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
· Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
· Must be Registered Pharmacist Part A with Ontario College of Pharmacists
· Must have proof of valid liability insurance

ASSETS:
· Bilingual
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical experience, with acute care hospital pharmacist and/or emergency department hospital pharmacist experience preferred.
