The Opportunity
Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.
Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for Housekeepers who want to grow with us.
This is more than a staffing call. It's a chance to help shape the culture, the care standards, and the team of a brand-new wing within a trusted community.

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- Proper use of chemicals
- Following infection control protocols
- Maintaining safety standards
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and coworkers
- Upholding resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and privacy every single shift
What You Bring
- Valid WHMIS
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and adapt with flexibility
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
- Successful Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
- Ability to follow Infection Control Protocols
- Compassion and Patience
- Attention to detail
