As a valued member of our team, reporting directly to the Director, Technology Services, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of people across the Information Technology Group.

- Design and deliver secure and scalable, end-to-end technology architectures supporting Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and enterprise operations.
- Design and API- integrations, microservices, and middleware patterns, and create architecture solutions supporting Dynamics 365, legacy platforms, and custom applications using MS Power Platform.
- Define and maintain enterprise data models, integration standards, and data exchange frameworks across hybrid environments.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise governance requirements in both the design and implementation stages; participating in architecture reviews boards and enforcing standards.
- Produce technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation blueprints.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on integration strategies, API lifecycle management, and system interoperability, resolving complex issues.
- Communicate architectural decisions and integration strategies to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Lead and support the full solution lifecycle, from concept through implementation and operational transition.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities for automation, modernization, cloud adoption, and system optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in infrastructure, security architecture, ERP/ systems, HRM/HRIS platforms, and enterprise solution design, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in API architecture, integration platforms (ESB/iPaaS), and microservices, combined with knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and security frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Azure/AWS Architect, TOGAF, or HRM‑related credentials are an asset.
