Eastern Ottawa Home Maintenance is a company specializing in residential exterior maintenance for the eastern regions of Ottawa. We offer services including polymeric sand replacement, pressure washing, and window cleaning for residential homeowners.
We are currently looking for a motivated Team Leader to supervise projects in the field and support a production team during the summer season.
This role combines physical work, team supervision, and customer service. The Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and according to the company’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work on residential job sites
- Guide and support team members in the field
- Perform exterior maintenance work (window cleaning, polymeric sand replacement, pressure washing)
- Ensure work meets the company’s quality standards
- Train and mentor new employees
- Maintain a strong work pace and efficient organization on job sites
- Communicate with clients when necessary
- Resolve unexpected situations on job sites
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure projects run smoothly

- Enjoys physical and outdoor work
- Ability to supervise a small team
- Strong sense of responsibility and natural leadership
- Good organization and autonomy
- Ability to solve problems quickly
- Positive and professional attitude
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift equipment (ladders, pressure washers, etc.)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Available full-time from May through August
Advancement Opportunities: Team leaders who demonstrate strong management skills may advance to a Production Manager position, which involves overseeing multiple crews and projects.
Work Location: Eastern Ottawa (Rockland, Hawkesburry, Embrun, Cumberland, Casselman and surrounding areas)
