As the Academy Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our Hockey Academy. Working closely with the Academy Director, you will bridge the gap between coaches, families, and staff, ensuring our daily operations are seamless, organized, and impactful. This is a full-time, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and building positive relationships within a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the Academy Moving: Manage daily operations, scheduling (ice, practices, games), and program logistics to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the primary point of contact for student-athletes and their families, providing support from onboarding through the entire season.
- Manage the Details: Own the administrative side of things—from registration and billing to travel coordination, inventory, and coach compliance.
- Foster Collaboration: Work across departments—Finance, Communications, Facilities, and more—to ensure a unified, exceptional experience for everyone involved.
Who You Are
- A Natural Organizer: You have 3–5 years of experience in sports administration or similar operational roles and know how to juggle competing priorities with ease.
- A Clear Communicator: You provide timely, professional, and friendly communication to diverse groups, from coaches to families.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new database and scheduling platforms.
- Proactive & Collaborative: You take ownership of your tasks, identify opportunities for improvement, and thrive on teamwork.
